About Us

All In Bloom is a private therapy practice located in Westport, CT, dedicated to providing compassionate and effective mental health services for individuals, families, and couples. Led by Jacqueline Barbaro, Licensed Professional Counselor, our practice specializes in supporting adolescents and young adults struggling with mental health challenges and addiction.

Our practice is licensed in both Connecticut and Massachusetts, allowing us to extend our services to a broader community. At All In Bloom, we are committed to fostering growth, resilience, and emotional well-being through evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Jacqueline brings 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Psychology from Cambridge College and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College.

Before transitioning to private practice, Jacqueline gained experience across various clinical settings, including residential treatment, community-based programs, partial hospitalization, and outpatient clinics.

She initially worked with the geriatric population in partnership with the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services and has since supported at-risk, court-involved youth, families, and adults in the judicial system. Jacqueline has extensive experience assisting adolescents and young adults facing mental health and addiction challenges.

Known for her direct, assertive, and results-driven approach, Jacqueline empowers clients to break unhealthy patterns and create lasting change. Using a Solution-Focused approach, she helps clients recognize their worth and the possibility for positive transformation. She also specializes in trauma treatment as an EMDR therapist, trained by Francine Shapiro's EMDR Institute. This expertise allows Jacqueline to address adverse childhood experiences effectively while integrating mindfulness and relaxation techniques into her practice.

Jacqueline leads an active lifestyle, fostering mind-body-spiritual connections while appreciating the changing seasons of New England. In her free time, she enjoys long walks with her corgi Bear or binge watching crime documentaries with her cat Lola.
